Old Business:

At the site visit on Friday, November 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with John Scott at 12 Leno Rd. after viewing the damaged trees and their proximity to the house and shore, we unanimously agreed and informed Mr. Scott that the trees could be felled onto the shoreline with immediate disposal of the trees.

We agreed that no changes were necessary to the Holland Conservation Commission By-Laws which were adopted in 1995.  That form will be returned to Amy Bishop, Executive Secretary.

7:30 p.m.  The scheduled Public Hearing of  a Notice of Intent for Michael Thibeault of Landscape Evolution, who represented Faith Paul’s project at 21 Lakeridge Dr., DEP file #184-0284 was held.  No abutters came. Mr. Thibeault read the narrative explaining the project. Some errors were discussed.  Mr. Thibeault agreed to make corrections and re-submit.  Nathan Gumlaw made a motion to accept the project, seconded by James Wettlaufer. All were in favor of closing the Hearing at 7:45 p.m.

Mike Thibeault spoke of a forthcoming project for Ed Daily of 2 Sandy Beach Rd. regarding the installation of Rosetta Steps leading to the shoreline.  He was informed that this project, in the future, would not require anything more than a Procedure Sheet.

Nathan Gumlaw informed us that a job promotion in the near future will require his resignation from the HCC.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.

Respectfully submitted by
